Dowloaders win

The verdict in EU court is that downloaders can stay private.

This is great news for the people as record companies were snooping on users of p2p networks. They claim were infringing on their property. It reminds me of how record companies wanted tape recorders baned to keep people from recording music off the radio. Times change, but execs do not -always greedy and nasty.

We need to have laws to protect the people, not the rich.
