Jones act

Back in 2005 Bush waives Jones Act due to Katrina, but in 2010 Obama refuses to do so. Jones Act prohibits foreign ships from helping us. OK so the idea is that our prez is playing politics with the BP oil spill instead of helping us. This is really sad and then some.
