ADP says pay rising

ADP says private payrolls are rising. Yeah sure, pay is rising. That said, it is probably temp hires for the holiday season. It reminds me of all the workers for the census. Folks, this is a real recession. Sadly, there is no recovery. Well, it would be great if we had one. However, that is not our case.
