Retail stores

Retail stores were hit with a hammer blow due to corona virus. It was like a wreaking ball smashing the mall  and tearing it to pieces. Foot traffic did decline even some more. Also, the places were closed down for months before they could reopen. Sadly, we do no longer anticipate a quick recovery.
