Netflix throttling heavy users

I hate it that airlines overbook and you get stuck in a hotel when you paid full price for your ticket, and that web hosting firms promise 100gigs/mth transfer but kick you out for overusing their service when you use less than 1 gig/month.

Still, it left a bad taste in my mouth when netflix started throttling heavy users of its so-called service. You get hit if you return DVDs too early. So if you want to rent a vid of Napoleon Dynamite with the time machine that looks close to Steven Gibbs HDR, watch out!

In other news there is actually a website that measures the amount of netflix throttle that goes one.
