Gold declines

The price of gold went down from a lofty $1000/oz, it is now near $990/oz and falling. Stronger dollar has cut into demand for gold. This will not last. People as more and more green pieces of paper are printed, expect the yellow metal to resume its upward climb. I am bullish on bullion.

Religion in decline

Alley in Old Jaffa at Night photo

What can we say - even before our current economic crisis, church attendance was down. Well, now donations are down and 15% of churches are in danger. Believe me, religion is in trouble. Religious life will not be the same in the days to come. US gov will start to tax religion and ban certain religions using hate speech and other excuses.

cameraman photo

US Stocks are at a tipping point. Sadly, more bad news can send Wall Street lower. OK, we expect more bad news as in very grim.

runaway melt on antarctic glaciers

There is a runaway melt on antarctic glaciers. This is bad new for Florida which is low lying coast line. This is interesting as John Titor did not report any melting in 2036 affecting Florida. He lived in Gainesville or FORT UF as he called it. However, men of science say antarctic glaciers are losing thirty feet a year of ice.

HIV vaccine

Back in 2000, John Titor said that in the future they had a cure for AIDS. This seems so hard, but now news is out. There is an AIDS vaccine that works. The debunkers will now no doubt claim that a vaccine was an obvious cure for the HIV virus. However, back then they only ridiculed the prediction. Which has now come true.

dust storm

Monumental dust storm in the land of oz. Australia says dust clouds choke Sydney.
Please remember that clouds of dust were quite common in our great depression. It was known as the dust bowl. I wonder if this is a cyclical thing. Perhaps a massive drought is on the way.

aversive racism

Hey, racism is alive and growing. What we see is aversive racism. There are many oppose to our prez. This is in many cases because of racism. Well, as time goes by expect things to heat up. I predict that we will see riots in the streets soon.

FED on bank risk

Skeleton Key and US Currency - Sepia Color tones. Square Image. photo

FED wants banks to fight risk. They say excessive risk by banks was what cause our global economic crisis. Oh yeah really, but skeptics say what crisis. According to skeptics all is fine. They ignore the 12% unemployment of California and claim that things are great.

Unemployment over 11% in DC

Times are hard in our nations capital. It is reported that jobless rate high of high of 11.1% in DC. Meanwhile on the other coast in California, unemployment has gone over 12% the highest in seventy years. Yet, Ben Bernake says we are out of the great recession. Should I laugh or cry is the question. Neither is the answer. I predict that things will get worse in the months to comel.

iran prez denies holocaust

The iranian president says holocaust was a fairy tale. OK if something were survivors are still around to tell us about can be denied, then what hope do we have? I mean, people who suffer though the holocaust are still alive. However, debunkers will never cease to cause harm.

Fedex income 50% off

Airplane jet engine

It sounds like a sale, but what it means is income is now half off from last year. For Fedex income is down 53%. Of course, debunkers claim that everything is fine. Well, let me tell you less jets flying is no pop. What I see is that fewer packages being sent is evidence that things are worse.

Credit Card Delinquency on rise

Instead of things getting better, what we see is credit card deliquency on rise. This is because people are losing jobs and cannot pay bills. The problem is that for many unemployment is running out. Sadly, our gov plans to pretend that all is fine, rather than address the problem. This means more people who are in financial trouble as we move on economic ruin.

Key to understanding

They say sales rose and inventories fell. The key to understanding is that retail sales rose due to car sales as in cash for clunkers. OK remember that we are still in a downward spiral. The unemployed are not buying a lot and we went from 6.1% unemployment in sep 2008 to 9.7% in sep 2009. That means less people are able to buy. Also, many people who still have jobs were forced to take pay cuts and work less hours. OK so where did all the money come from to buy at the store? Hint, we are buying lied to because we know that sales were already bad in 2008 and can only be worse now. People, wages are down and saving money is up. Do the math.

Going for the gold

There are those that want to pretend that all is well. Gold over $1000/oz is telling us that people are in panic. I feel something big is going to happen real soon.

new nano

Apple's fifth generation ipod nano has video. Back in 2001 when the first ipod came out I said that apple would survive. Sales of the ipod would power up the company. Skeptics said that only hippies buy apple, and that the company would go under. Also, I predicted that Apple would release the iphone in 2007 and that it would be the star product of 2007.

Skeptics made fun of me. They now claim that video on a nano is nothing big. Well, seeing that years ago is what time travel is all about. It is literally the ability to see the future.

neuroeconomics

active brain cells photo

Ah yes a new science - neuroeconomics. This is an attempt to divine the irrational impulses that define us. Today news week has an article - neuroeconomics and why it pays to be nice.

I believe that in the future people are different than now. Those of that distant time play well with others as they are far less aggressive and warrior, with a base more on cooperation model than competition. Truly people in future are max nicer.

Dollar Down

The dollar is down after the sentiment report. Hey, so guess printing little green pieces of paper in massive quantities is not a good idea after all. This could lead to hyperinflation in the future.

unemployment increasing

Poor homeless tramp. photo

People our economy has now lost over seven million positions since the beginning of our severe economic recession which commence in 2007. This is more jobs than any recession since the Great Depression of the 1930's. I predicted back in 2005 that we would go over 10% unemployment before the end of the decade and we will. Number of homeless on the street will increase.Intitial jobless claims year over year are up. That means we are losing more jobs this week in 2009, than the same week back in 2008. It is a sign that things are getting worse.

Bones of evidence

Bone fragments found near the house of kidnapper Philip Garrido are of human origin. That means there may be other victims of this monster. Sadly, many use this story to attack psychics, but the fact is that a deputy went to the house and found nothing unusual. It is possible that using technology of remote viewing people could have located the victim sooner.

Get Smart

OK as in get a smart car. Future fuel prices are going up. Listen to me on this. Right now prices may be slowly sinking, but in the days to come - watch out. I predict that a decrease in supply means more increase in price.

World petroleum reserves are in decline. People, we hit peak oil in 2005, the only thing keeping the price down is our global depression. That will not last forever, because as China recovers its demand for petroleum products will increase.

Liberal agenda is crashing

Main Street USA

Folks with a multi trillion dollar deficit and unemployment near 10%, the liberal agenda is crashing. Small town main street america is rejecting big gov. In fact, as our economic recession worsen, few will believe things are getting better. Truth be told, prez numbers are heading south like migratory geese in winter.

van jones is a commie

Today commissar or is it commie czar van jones is gone. This man is a self avowed communist that hates america. He was force to leave after certain comments came to light. This man is but one example of the poor leadership we have. The former green jobs czar is a follower of marx.

more woe

Here is more bad news for Harry Reid, senate majority leader. His numbers are in the tank. The democrat was helping to push the new agenda. Well, expect him not to be re-elected in 2010. All this green agenda with cap and trade with cause the average electric bill to double from now $150/mo to over $300/mo. This is not good news for working families. Currently our american empire gets over half its electricity from coal, and less than 1% from windmills. The cost of electricity is 4 cents per kilowatt/hour with coal and 15 cents per KWH with wind.

Jobless rate at 26 year high

Man sleeping on a park bench photo

Unemployment rate hit 9.7% a 26 year high. Please remember that I predicted jobless rate would go over 10%. The debunkers giggled and said that's impossible. Well, now that are doing the debunker flipflop and saying "That was obvious, you didn't predict anything. I always knew it would go over 10%."

car sales down

Factory operator photo

Cash for clunkers is over. General Motors car sales are down 20% from last year which was not that great because the recession started in 2007, troubled Chrysler saw automobile sales do a 15% dip. Both of these companies declared bankruptcy this year, but they are not doing well now. In fact, the next step for both automotive manufacturers could be liquidation. Sadly many factories remain idle and few laborers have been called back to work.

Will Israel attack iran?

I wonder. There is much talk of a strike before iran has its missiles ready. OK my guess is that later this year would be an ideal time for a war in the persian gulf. The situation is getting hot right now.

Flu Frenzy

Right now we are in a swine flu frenzy. Schools are getting ready for a fall flu season and large numbers of ill students. Colleges too are on alert over the dreaded disease. Actually, many may have to close down as a new virulent strain of H1N1 virus attacks. This germ is more potent, so it will make more people sick and put some in a hospital.
